JRC Training Solutions is a Los Angeles-based training consulting firm. Our mission is to play a key role in helping clients achieve greater success and profitability through the application of cost-effective, performance-driven training solutions.

We do this by providing expertise, objectivity, and resources which touch on all aspects of performance improvement at the client organization. Everything from defining performance needs to planning, executing, and managing complex training projects. 

For over 20 years, JRC has developed numerous workshops/seminars, self-study courses, performance tools, and needs assessments/strategy plans for companies ranging from the very well-established, such as Apple, Chase Manhattan Bank, Honda, Kodak, IBM, J.D. Power and Associates, Toyota, and Xerox, to the up-and-coming, such as Applied Information for Marketing (now part of Media Marketing Assessment). Interventions are as straightforward as one-day planning meetings and as complex as months-long curriculum development efforts involving multiple resources.

JRC specializes in training to improve sales force performance and increase sales. For example, new vehicle launch training for the automotive industry. But we work in many other areas/business sectors too. 

Because we focus so keenly on results, JRC has been instrumental in shaping a new model for the training marketplace. One in which success is measured in terms of contribution to performance and organizational impact.

JRC’s guiding principles:

  • Partner with clients to provide a caliber of professional support not typically available from other training vendors.

  • Offer a fresh and objective perspective. JRC approaches each client situation as a unique challenge. As a result, clients often contract with JRC to avoid doing things the ‘‘same old way we’ve done them in the past.’’ These forward-looking organizations have the vision to recognize that an independent outside expert can show them a different way.

  • Loyalty and commitment. Clients who deal with JRC receive personalized consulting services. They deal with individuals they know and trust, who are completely responsive to their needs. That’s one of the reasons why clients often use JRC to complement their own internal resources.

  • Deliver on time; stay within budget. It has always been an important factor for JRC to deliver on-time and within budget. Although the training solutions developed by JRC cover a wide range of purposes and scope, the quality and on-time delivery has been consistently excellent.

  • Build value. JRC strives to provide significant value to clients. This involves focusing on several types of factors, including business needs, job performance, learning objectives, and work environment realities.

  • Provide the best possible resources. We draw from a pool of top-level independent consultants, matching their experience and expertise with client need. In this way JRC provides people and technology to complement client staff without adding to fixed costs or commitments.
